My son and I recently did the 4 night stay, he was 5 months old, and I’m so thankful that we didn’t wait! The amazing nurses at Tresillian supported us both, ultimately, leading us to stop co-sleeping and develop a routine.

The staff at Canterbury really helped to ease my anxiety around supporting my son to sleep in his own safe space and I very much enjoyed having a bed to myself for the first time in months!!

The thing I’ve said to people the most since coming home is that if you’re considering it, do it! You won’t regret it!!
