Trained at Tresil for 15mths.
Some of the best days of my life there, assisting bubs and mums, along side a lovely group of other girls who were also training. I still keep in close contact with one other Tresil Nurse…we are in our 60s now!
Sister Ayre and Sister Seagrove were there during our time and Matron Newman.
So many treasured memories.
Often wondered what became of the cane baby cribs and the set of weighing scales in the middle room….hope they have been preserved.
